The booking fee includes six hours of labor and covers sundries such as screws, sealants, glues, and other essential materials carried in the van. If additional materials are needed, we can purchase them on your behalf and invoice you separately. Please note that any travel time to a shop or merchant will be included in the booking period. The appointment is scheduled for 7 hours, including a one-hour lunch break, which is not charged.
Suitable work includes:
Assembly of flat-pack furniture
Minor repairs
Carpentry work
Putting up shelves
Wall mounting a TV
This service is unsuitable for:
Work that requires prior notification of Building Control (e.g., structural work)
Working from heights over 1.2m (e.g., guttering or roofing works)
Work that could expose our operatives to dangerous situations or materials (e.g., asbestos-containing materials)
